The name of the dress is "Sheer Illusions", which is given due to the black sheer fabric that covers the sleeves and the front and back of the neckline.  The bodice has bra made in.  Also, the bodice (front and back), cuffs, and around the neck are excellently crafted with hand sewn sequins, in gold, pearl, and champagne colors.  No need for a necklace or bracelet with this dress....it is made into it!!!  The bottom of the dress is fully lined with a tasteful slit in the back.  It is completely black in color.  The dress has a zipper closure beginning at the neckline.  Here are the measurements of the dress:  Tag of dress size 8....I did have it taken in and hemmed....so here are measurements for you to get a better idea of the fit.
