I have 3 different blues on my monitor, the closest to the actual color is the photograph showing the hem lace. This is navy blue. The skirt has an attached net crinoline, an additional one was added to show the fullness, this is not included in the auction. The top portion of the dress is lace, and the hem of the sleeves has zippers. The skirt portion is taffeta and trimmed in lace. This has a back zipper closure. Flaws:  no rips tears or stains.
