It is a base fabric of Black soft velvet and fully lined in rayon, has puff sleeves, big fluffy Genuine Fox Fur epaulets, a peplum fit front and long in the back! So Avant Garde and super luxurious!  In Excellent pre-owned Condition with flaws.
