This is an absolutely stunning vintage prom gown from the 80s.  It's styled to look like something a Southern Belle would wear.  The dress is made out of a deep emerald green taffeta that shines beautifully in the light.  The skirt has sections that are pulled up, giving it a scalloped look, and there are black ribbons accenting each of those sections.  Below that, there are four tiers of black lace circling the hem of the dress.  One of these tiers of lace is attached directly to the taffeta.  The other three are connection to an attached tulle crinoline under the skirt (although the skirt is roomy enough that you could wear another crinoline underneath it if you really wanted the skirt to bell out).The bust of the dress has roomy cap sleeves that drape over the shoulders beautifully, and they have a ruffle of black lace around the edge to match the hem.  The dress also has a beaded sequin applique at the center of the neckline.  The dress closes down the back with a zipper, and it has a set of attached ties on the side that can be tied in the back to cinch in the waist.There are no size tags on this item, but I believe it would best fit a size Medium.  The actual measurements are as follows:Bust: 18.5" across, underarm to underarm (37" around)Waist: 15" across (30" around)Hips: Full/roomyLength: 53"Note: There is no stretch to the material, so please leave yourself room for comfort of movement.
