This is a stunning vintage 80s prom gown made by Zum Zum.  It would be perfect to wear to a retro formal event!  The dress is made out of a shiny black satin, and the center of the bust has a panel covered in lace and sequins.  (Note: the first picture was lightened to show off some detail, but the dress is definitely dark black.) The dress is strapless with a mermaid cut that is close and fitted from the bust down to the hips.  Just past the hips, the dress flares out in tiers of ruffled satin like a mermaid's tail with an attached tulle crinoline to accent the fullness, and the dress is slightly longer in the back than in the front.  There is also a large satin bow with a rhinestone center accenting the hips.  The dress closes with a zipper down the back, and there is some flexible boning in the bust for support.  There are no size tags on this dress, but I believe it would best fit a size XS or Small. The actual measurements are as follows:Bust: 16" across, underarm to underarm (32" around)Waist: 13.5" across (27" around)Hips: 19" across (38" around)Length: 42" in the front, 47" in the backNote: There is no stretch to the material, so please leave yourself room for comfort of movement.
