This is an absolutetly stunning, gorgeous Caribbean, transparent tones of blue layered dress.  Dress has strapless wispy folds of satin sweetheart bodice embellished with silver and the lightess of blue glass beads, silver & iridescent sequins. The beading is dazzling and folds of satin makes the waistline look very slimming.  The top stays in place supported by a zipper back, built in cups, and fully lined bodice. The full ball gown skirt features 3 layers of tulle and the top layer is sprinkled with beading and sequins to compliment the bodice. There is an additional 3 layers (1 white tulle, and 2 satin blue layers) for a complete total of 6 layers that make up this skirt.  No underskirt is needed for this gown as the layers form a complete full skirt as the picture shows.    ******* I am offering FREE shipping as I suggest this dress will need a dry cleaning before worn.  There is absolutely nothing wrong with the dress itself but needs to be dry cleaned to clean up makeup markings around bodice inside from the first 2 wearings.  Cannot see the makeup from the outside so up to the buyer to wash or not.   Return Policy:  Buyer has 3 days from the shipper delivery confirmation date to contact me via email or through eBay requesting a refund authorization. Once I approve the return, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping fees, handling & insurance fees, providing me with the tracking number and shipping the item to me within 5 days.  Insurance must be purchased for shipping of this item, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!   In order to receive a refund the item CANNOT be worn, smell of smoke or have a broken zipper, rips, tears or stains.
