The dress is fitted in the front with 17 1/2-inch seams, from the top of the neckline to the hips, and these front-side seams are lined in 11-inches of boning, extending from the top to the waist area. The left side of the dress has an eye-catching 32-inch slit, from the hip to the hemline of the dress. The backside is fitted with two 16-inch side seams and a center seam, with a long, 21-inch zipper. There are no tags indicating material content, but it looks and feels like 100% satin.   The dress is also fully lined in a contrasting bright orange satin-like material.
